To start this post off by saying I don’t extremely dislike my life yet in terms of running is saying a lot. All of the previous times I ran I got easily frustrated and overall I was just not confident in myself. WELL NOT THIS TIME RUNNING  I AM WHIPPING YOUR BEHIND

Monday Oct 17. Well I had a midterm that day and a paper due Tuesday as well as I was helping out with this super cool arts and humanities event. Also my package came in! SO EXCITING. This run was okay, I was a bit faster this day, but again my lungs were having a tough time because of course I had not yet done the adult thing we are all expected to do; call my doctors office for more inhalers.

Wednesday Oct 19. I had a pretty good day this day. I Found out some exciting news for my reading week in February and I actually had a decent run. I’m still on the walk 1 run and designated amount of time running that increases each day, but my times are getting steadily faster which is really exciting. I’ve never actually ran this consistently before and recorded my times. They are steadily going up which I’ve never paid attention to before but I’m pumped about it.

Friday Oct 21. Well today was a kind of busy day. I had to get my picture taken yet again for council and then had my office hour for another extracurricular. However, my makeup was ON FLEEK and I was so sad that I had to remove it to run. Normally I do see girls working out with makeup on, which I envy because I sweat a ridiculous amount and my makeup would just look weird and clog my wee pores. But this run was actually my fastest so far. Which is really encouraging, my hope is to do a mile in 9 minutes or under! Which is a bit far off for me but I’m confident I can do it. Also I got a new face powder that doesn’t make my dry skin look dry…so more on that in a later post.

On another note, next week my running schedule will be different, I many only get two days in since I’m going home on Wednesday and not sure if I’m going to bring my runners since I’m packing on a carry on…so there may only be two days of running to record. Since my hometown is infested with bears I may just have to do a strength workout alongside my wee kitty instead of using my mom’s treadmill that isn’t my favourite and risking being eaten by a bear…(BUTTONS I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU OMG)
