I have seen this post done in a few different styles from various creators, including JamiePaige, Marha Leonard, and the Anna Edit. All of them had a different touch, Jamie went more for a several in different categories, Anna did it through what she would buy as a consumer of beauty content and compared to what she used to use when she started her blog. I am going to take the approach of what I would be willing to spend my money on if I was not a blogger and didn’t have the beauty blogger brain that I do.

When I first started watching YouTube it was very MAC Cosmetics heavy, and very Urban Decay and Tarte heavy. Knowing what I know now, I think that in terms of base products I would stick with a drugstore foundation, since I don’t wear foundation daily. For this product I decided to pick the L’Oreal True Match Foundation. This is the perfect light to medium coverage, with an inclusive shade range. The other tint I can totally see myself using regardless of being a blogger is the Kosas tinted face oil. This is just a product that time and time again does not fail me when I use this.

I picked three concealers. This was a hard category because I do feel like I’m constantly on the hunt for a concealer but judging by who I watch, I have three to choose from. I would use the ELF Hydrating Camo Concealer, as a full coverage option, for two simple to blend options I would get the Shiseido Synchro Skin Gel Stick Concealer and the Kosas revealer concealer. As I have said before, I see myself being a Kosas girl, easy and breezy.

I decided to go with two bronzers. As much as I love hourglass, I always wonder that if I was not into beauty would I own the hourglass bronzer? At that, I find the hourglass is a bit red toned, but the L’Oreal Lumi Bronze it, abysmal shade range, is the perfect satin sheeny bronzer for my skintone. I would also, because I can see myself loving this brand regardless, I would buy the Vesca Bronzer in Kissed by Santorini

For blushes I chose three different formulas. Time and Time again, I find myself loving the MAC Sheertone blush in Peachtwist. This is an easy to use blush and a relatively affordable blush. Same with the Clinique Cheek Pop blushes. Again, I feel like I don’t talk about these blushes, but they are one of the less expensive blushes at Sephora and if I was an average consumer I could see myself buying this little pink shade. As for a cream, it would be the Nudestix nudies matte in Sunset Strip. I could definitely see myself being a Nudestix lover if I was not a blogger. I also don’t know if this is something that I would buy. It is affordable enough for the average consumer but not a luxury brand. I did not pick out lip products because I really wasn’t sure what to pick since I have so many that I love. Honorable mention to the Fitglow lip serums since those are the lip products I’ve been absolutely loving.

For highlighters, I had a difficult time choosing. Time and time again I kept coming back to the Body Shop honey bronzing dome, the Nudestix illuminaughty nudies glow cream highlighter, and the MAC Soft N Gentle mineralize skin finish. These are three highlighters, that I frequently use, and based on what I think I might actually be willing to be pay these are three I can see myself purchasing.

The two eyeshadow palettes I would pick the Tarte Tartlette In Bloom Palette and the Urban Decay Naked heat. I can see myself being into both brands and both palettes if I was not a beauty blogger. The Naked Heat has a nice range of warm tones and the Tarte one has a really nice range of neutral shades. Both palettes can also be mixed for a variety of looks.
